Refund policy

Welcome to the refund policy page of The Face Hair Studios & Accessories.

Easy Returns! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to return it for a full refund.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Return Condition: The item must be in the same condition you received - no wear and tear, with tags still on, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: Keep your receipt or proof of purchase; you'll need it to return the item.

  • How to Start a Return: Just send us an email at thefacehairfactory@gmail.com

to let us know you want to return something. We'll give you instructions on where to send it. Important! Don't send anything back without contacting us first.

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or you get the wrong item, contact us right away at thefacehairfactory@gmail.com & we'll fix it for you!

Some things can't be returned:

  • Food, Flowers, Plants: These are perishable items, so we can't take them back.

  • Custom Orders: Things made just for you can't be returned.

  • Personal Care: For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns on personal care items like beauty products.

  • Hazardous Materials: These can be dangerous, so we can't take them back either.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

  • Exchanging: The fastest way to get something different is to return the item you have and then place a new order for what you want.

EU Customers

If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, no questions asked! Just follow the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If it is, you'll get your money back within 10 business days using the same payment method you used originally. Keep in mind it might take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven't seen your refund after 15 business days, just contact us again at thefacehairfactory@gmail.com.
